Shaun Wilson-Miller is on his second heart transplant, and doctors have told the 17-year-old from Melboue that he can't get a third and doesn't have long to live. Shaun has posted this incredibly inspiring goodbye video, telling his pals that he hopes that he made a footprint on their lives, to live life to the fullest and not to cry for him. He only asks one small favor: that they take care of his dad. He shares some good news, too: He has a girlfriend now, so nothing can bring him down. That's one amazing kid.
