Dunwoody police say they have arrested a man in connection with a child molestation case.

They say 42-year-old Ronald Cox of Lithonia was arrested in DeKalb County, and is facing a charge of child molestation by solicit.

According to investigators, Cox allegedly approached a 15-year-old boy in a restroom at Perimeter Mall on November 12. He showed a wad of cash to the teen, and asked him for sexual favors. The boy was able to flee and reported the incident to authorities.

His first court appearance is set for 10 a.m.
