Driver Ryan Lisabeth charged with vehicular homicide after 9-year-old dies
Ryan Lisabeth is accused of driving under the influence of drugs and hitting three children who were riding bikes, killing 9-year-old Isaiah Ward.

Atlanta police say they have upgraded the charges against a driver who hit three boys, killing one of them.

Ryan Lisabeth is expected to appear in court today on charges of first-degree vehicular homicide.

Police said the three boys were on the sidewalk when Lisabeth hit them with his red car.

 

 

 

Investigators said Lisabeth was under the influence of drugs and they also found drugs in his car.

 

Witnesses said before he was driving on Joseph E. Boone Boulevard when he crashed into a car, then jumped the curb and hit the boys.
