Did Google kill a donkey and then lie about it?

Did Google kill a donkey? That's the view of Twitter user \"Dr. Sheldon Cooper,\" who yesterday tweeted, \"I think google street view ran over a donkey in Botswana,\" posting a Google Maps link to this donkey prostrate in the dirt.

Click on down the road and he's standing. Cue Inteet sleuths zooming forwards and backwards on Google Maps, retracing the car's jouey and the donkey's plight.

Google insists the animal was reclining and got up when the car passed, but nerds around the world are crying foul, saying that would require the creature to walk backwards, which trivia experts say donkeys really can't do.
