Concordia disaster coverage leads to multiple ad #fails
Perfectly horrible placement for a Cruise Ship ad.

Three days after it ran aground, the Costa Concordia remains a front page story. You'd think that newspapers might keep an eye on what advertisements they place beside those unsettling AP disaster photos, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Sweden's Dagens Nyheter (Daily News), ran a travel agent's cruise ad parallel to the Costa coverage. And Italy's Il Gazettino put a \"Win a Free Crispo Cruise\" contest in the worst possible slot.

But The Guardian might be the biggest offender, where the headline \"Give Queen a new royal yacht\" was printed beneath a photo of the sinking ship. Whether that was pointed political commentary or an accidentally unfortunate layout, it still warrants a \"Yikes.\"

Should the papers apologize for their ad fails?
