Chris Brown facing new battery charges over car park brawl

CHRIS Brown could still face charges over his brawl with Frank Ocean.

The Fine China star was involved in a fight with the R&B star over a parking space outside an LA recording studio, in January.

Frank refused to press charges and it was thought the case would be dropped.

But a US website has leaed that police are still investigating Chris for criminal battery.

TMZ reports that the District Attoey’s office has an active file and has yet to decide whether to prosecute Brown for battery.

Chris is due in court today for a probation hearing, following his assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna, back in 2009.

It’s thought the judge could raise the incident in court because, as a breach of his probation terms.

The 24-year-old star is also being investigated for an alleged hit and run incident, after a prang last month.

He is accused of giving false details after the Range Rover that he was travelling in, with on-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran, hit a Mercedes.

He denies the allegations, saying his lawyer tried to contact the other driver but she hung up on him.
