BRITNEY Spears glammed up for an X Factor party in LA last night - but her Toxic tootsies let her down.
The singer sizzled on the red carpet in a little black dress that clung to her curves.
But Britney's sky high strappy heels drew attention to a big patch of dry scaly skin on her ankle.
The 30-year-old has a busy schedule judging and mentoring acts on the US version of the telly talent show - but surely she can find time to take care of her trotters.
Brit didn't let her ankle catastrophe ruin her night.
The pop princess was in celebratory mood after a court threw out her former manager's lawsuit against the Spears family.
Osama 'Sam' Lutfi took the whole clan to court, suing Britney for breach of contract, her mum for defamation and dad Jamie for allegedly punching him.
Lutfi made a string of wild claims during his stint on the stand, alleging he'd searched the star's house for drugs using sniffer dogs - and even insisting Britney shaved her head to hide evidence of her drug taking.
But a judge ruled there was insufficient evidence to back his claims.
Britney, meanwhile, is planning to share her side of the story in a tell-all book.
The Hollywood Reporter claims a deal is close to being signed - but it won't be an autobiography.
Instead the star wants to write a fictionalised version of her life.
