British boy, 13, raped his eight-year-old sister after watching porn on an Xbox

A 13-year-old boy has admitted raping his eight-year-old sister after watching poography on an Xbox.

The teenager had seen the adult material with a friend and ‘decided to try it out" on his sister because she was small and ‘couldn"t remember stuff", a court heard.

He appeared before Blackbu magistrates" court yesterday where he pleaded guilty to indecent assault and inciting the girl to perform a sexual act on him.

Blackbu MP Jack Straw has called on inteet service providers to increase security so that children cannot access X-rated material.

The former home secretary told the Lancashire Telegraph: ‘This case is breathtakingly horrible.

‘It is a horrifying crime which underlines how po is too readily available to juveniles.

‘I hope that the inteet service providers recognise that they have greater responsibilities for controlling access to po."

According to the Xbox customer support website, users can customise their access to games, films and television content to stop children viewing unsuitable material.

Jon Brown, NSPCC specialist for tackling sexual abuse, said po could ‘warp" children"s views of what was normal sexual behaviour and how they treat others.

He said: ‘We know that the vast amount of inappropriate, unrealistic and sometimes downright harmful poography some children are exposed to through the inteet can be extremely damaging to young minds."

The victim is now being looked after by specialist officers and is reported to be ‘recovering well".
