Black Holes might be portals to other dimensions

Celebrated physicist Stephen Hawking has put forward another extraordinary theory on black holes, claiming that they are portals to another universe.

In his latest paper, published in Physical Review Letters, Hawking has claimed you could safely travel through a black hole and survive – although he admits you'd probably come out in a different universe, and there'd be no coming back. According to Hawking and two fellow theorists, namely Andrew Strominger of Harvard University and Malcolm Perry of Cambridge University, the answer lies in black holes' zero-energy particles, which store information on the black hole's horizon - the boundary that marks the point of no retu.

The researchers think that these particles could be the solution to the central paradox surrounding black holes and backs up the basic laws of the universe that state that anything that has ever existed is preserved via its information.

'Things can get out of a black hole” says the physicist 'both from the outside and possibly through another universe,” 'If you feel you are trapped in a black hole, don't give up. There is a way out.”
