Bieber to be prosecuted? Sheriff to Recommend Prosecution after Spitting Incident with Neighbor
Prosecuted? According to reports, Justin Bieber could face prosecution after an altercation with a neighbour last week

Justin Bieber’s magic throat has made him rich, but it also might have just got him in big trouble. The pop god will likely be prosecuted for allegedly spitting in a neighbor’s face, TMZ reports. The L.A. Sheriff’s Office has reviewed the loogie-hocking incident, according to the showbiz news site, and is recommending criminal battery charges. The incident allegedly occurred when the Biebs took his new Ferrari on a joyride through his gated community.

The neighbor, a dad with three kids (surely all ex-Beliebers at this point), confronted Justin about his dangerous driving. "Get the f**k out of here," the star reportedly replied, before applying the alleged spit shine to the gentleman’s face. [Source]
