Weber's estranged wife, Juliette Hohnen, filed for divorce last month, citing irreconcilable differences, according to the report. They have two sons, ages 10 and 12.
An email to a representative for Weber wasn't immediately retued.
This is the second marriage for Weber, who was previously married to actress Finn Carter.
