160 sheep stolen from the town of Wool. No, really

Something evil is afoot in the English town of Wool. Thieves have stolen 160 sheep from the town, wool and all. Will Wool"s wool be willfully retued, or will the Wool wool always be AWOL? (OK, we"ll stop with the puns before you think we"re shear idiots.) Police are asking for help in tracking down the shady sheep-rustlers.

They say the sheep were taken sometime between Saturday and Monday, and to be on the lookout for large vehicles capable of moving 160 sheep. Police are also asking people to come forward if they"re offered sheep "in unusual circumstances or for very low prices.” What would be the usual circumstances for someone offering you sheep? —   [Source]
