World of Warcraft gamer Angie Jenkins jailed for sexting boy, 15
A Michigan woman who developed a sexual relationship with a teenage boy she met through an on-line game has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison.
Investigators said Angie Jenkins, 35, met the 15-year-old boy through the game World of Warcraft and travelled to Buffalo in 2010 to have sex with him in a parked car.
Jenkins pleaded guilty in federal court in April to receiving child poography.
The boy's parents alerted authorities after noticing numerous out-of-state calls on his cell phone.
Investigators later found graphic images they say he'd sent to Jenkins at her request.
'I have you who takes care of me and worries about me and I appreciate everything you do for me,' she told him in a text message.
According to investigators, the teen's parents blocked Jenkins' from his phone.

When that didn't work they took the phone away.
Jenkins however found other ways of communicating and even bought the teen a new phone so they could continue their liaisons.
She then, according to the courts, drove from Michigan to an Amherst department store parking lot where she had sex with the boy in the back of a car.
The judge ordered Jenkins receive a mental health evaluation.
