Washington woman Brandy Allen arrested after eye shadow worth $114 stolen from beauty shop
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of stealing eye shadow worth $144, say police.
Brandy Allen, 31, faces charges of shoplifting and disorderly conduct after the incident on September 1 in Washington County.
Police were called to a beauty store to deal with a shoplifter after reports of a woman grabbing handfuls of make-up, according to 5 News.
Officers who arrived at the scene demanded to check inside the woman’s purse and several packets of eye shadow were allegedly discovered.
Allen was arrested and taken to Washington County Detention Center.
