Teacher Jennifer Rexroat accused of soliciting 15-year-old student ‘to engage in oral sex’
A junior high school teacher is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student.
Jennifer Rexroat, 39, an 8th grade literature teacher at Monmouth-Roseville Junior High in Roseville, Ill., was arrested on Monday.
“It is alleged that she solicited a male, 15-year-old Monmouth-Roseville Junior High School student to engage in oral sex,” a statement from the Warren County, Illinois State’s Attoey’s Office said.
The school district was notified of an investigation into an allegation against Rexroat last week, WQAD reports.
Rexroat was charged with felony indecent solicitation of a child and was placed in the Warren County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
