School principal refuses to return confiscated phone to pupil's father
Nope, you ain’t getting your phone back (Picture: YouTube)

All schoolkids will know that if you get your mobile phone out in class, it’s going to get confiscated, and you won’t get it back until the end of the day.

But it proved a little harder for one girl in America, when her dad went to reclaim her confiscated iPhone 6, and found that the school principal was unwilling to retu it.

In the clip, the girl’s father can be seen desperately arguing with the principal, who explains that while she’s unwilling to retu the iPhone, she can provide a flip phone.

She can also be heard mentioning that the phone will be retued in ‘four weeks’, implying that it’s all part of an extreme punishment.

‘When I’m in these bricks, you can’t tell me what to do’, she remarks, resolutely refusing to retu the phone.

And even when the man argues that it’s technically his property because he purchased it initially, she still refuses to retu it.

By the end of the video, he explains that he’s ‘called the cops’, but it’s unclear whether she’s still got the phone (she’s pretty scary so she probably does).
