Prosecutors: Teacher Anne Montgomery Had 2 Children with Student
Anne Lynn Montgomery

HOUSTON - A 35-year-old former teacher within the Houston Independent School District is accused of having a relationship with a student that produced two children.

Police are now looking for Anne Lynn Montgomery. She’s charged with sexual assault of a child under 17 years of age.

According to a probable cause court document obtained by FOX 26 News, the student met the teacher in the 2005-2006 school year.

The victim was in his freshman year at Sharpstown High School in southwest Houston. Montgomery was an instructor in the marching band at the time. The student told investigators their relationship began soon after.

The student and teacher later both moved to Bellaire High School where she became a dance instructor in the 2007-2008 school year.

In 2007, when the student was 16 years old, he fathered a child with the teacher, according to the documents. A DNA test confirmed he was the father.

In 2009, the pair had another child while they were both still at Bellaire High School. The victim was 18 years old at the time.

Anyone who knows Montgomery’s whereabouts is asked to call the Houston Police Department.
