Principal Phillip Brock arrested after sexual acts with teen captured on cell phone video

Police arrested an elementary school principal on Wednesday after he allegedly carried on a sexual affair with a 17-year-old male, KTVI reported.

The teen victim told police  that the sexual contact with 37-year-old Phillip G. Brock started back in May and ended on Sept. 14.

Police obtained cell phone videos of the sex acts from the teen’s cell phone as well as text messages between the victim and Brock. Detectives searched Brock’s home and seized several “items of interest” and tued them over to the Cyber Crime Task Force for analysis.

Brock is charged with 10 counts of sexual contact with a student and is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond.

Brock was the principal at William Cappel Elementary and has been placed on paid administrative leave.  The victim was not currently a student of Brock’s, but authorities say Brock does coach soccer for the Troy R3 school district and other non-school related teams.
