Police: Woman Cashed $10K In Stolen Checks
BROWNSBURG, Ind. -- Brownsburg police are looking for a woman who was caught on surveillance video cashing $10,500 in stolen checks.
Two women reported their cars were broken into in early July, police said.
One had her purse and ID stolen at the Gold Club of Indiana in Boone County on July 11. The other had personal checks stolen from her car at Traders Point Church on July 15.
Over the course of July 19 and 20, a woman was caught on surveillance video cashing six stolen checks at various Huntington Banks, including the one in Brownsburg, police said.
