Police: Sex Offender Antwone Francis Caught Peering In Window
MANCHESTER, N.H. -- A registered sex offender was caught peering into the window of a Manchester woman's apartment with his pants down, police said.
A Merrimack Street resident noticed the man outside at about 8 a.m. Friday, looking through her neighbor's window while masturbating.
The man fled when confronted by the witness, but the witness was able to give a description to police.
Antwone Francis, 21, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, was arrested nearby and charged with indecent exposure.
Police said Francis is a registered sex offender and has two previous convictions, which makes this charge a felony charge.
Police said Francis exposed himself on two occasions in Manchester last year.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
