Philadelphia To Fine Those Who Text While Walking
ATLANTA - The city of Philadelphia has decided to fine those who text while walking without paying attention to the road ahead.
Philly's decision to fine texting pedestrians stems from a broader city program called "Give Respect, Get Respect,"
The program was launched at the beginning of May, aimed at reining in bad behavior by motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians in Center City.
