Oregon Man Jason Goodman busted after leaving iPod Touch loaded with child porn

A portly pervert was busted after accidentally leaving an iPod Touch filled with kiddie po on the counter at an Oregon gas station, police said.

Jason Daniel Goodman, 33, was arrested on a pair of felony child poography charges nearly one year after he misplaced the po-laden device at a Shell station.

The chubby, bespectacled suspect was held on $200,000 bail after authorities found about 1,400 poographic images on the iPod - including dozens showing underaged girls, some as young as 8 years old, police said.

Goodman, of Oakland, Ore., forgot to grab his iPod from the counter after stopping by the gas station in October 2010.

The device sat in a desk at the station for five months, waiting for its owner to claim it, before an employee asked the boss if he could bring it home, police said.

When the worker's wife recharged the iPod, she was horrified to find the graphic sexual images and tued the device over to Sunderlin police.

Oregon State Police took over the case, and computer forensics experts were able to link the po stash to Goodman, police said.

Police armed with a search warrant seized a computer, flash drives and modems from Goodman's home after he confessed to downloading the pictures to his iPod, according to The Register-Guard.

The Oregon newspaper said Goodman was charged with encouraging child sexual abuse and possession of materials depicting sexually explicit conduct of a child.
