Grand Junction Man Jack Duke Gets 12 Years For Giving Daughters Pot
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- A father in Grand Junction is going to prison for 12 years for regularly providing marijuana to his two daughters, ages 6 and 7, according to the Grand Junction Sentinel.
The newspaper said under a plea agreement, Jack Dalton Duke, 28, pleaded guilty to a single count of distribution of marijuana to a minor.
Duke was arrested after one of the girls told school officials that she "smokes weed" with her father when she doesn’t feel well, the newspaper said
