Disney employees in child sex ring

THREE Disney World employees are among 22 arrested in Florida for involvement in a child-sex ring.

Police said the arrests came after the Lake County sheriff’s cybercrime unit investigated the ring and set up a sting.

The operation, called “Be Mine”, involved detectives posing as children on a variety of online chat forums in order to connect with the suspects.

The suspects were arrested after tuing up for an arranged meeting for sex at a vacant house.

One suspect had made arrangements to have sex with a seven-year-old girl in a neighbouring district.

Intercepted emails revealed the discussion between himself, the child and the child’s mother.

All 22 have been charged with a variety of offences relating to soliciting sex from a minor.

One of the offenders was HIV positive and had failed to disclose his status, the charge sheet read.
