Allegheny Twp. Man Robert Piatek Accused Of Having Sex With Girl, 15
UPPER BURRELL, Pa. -- A 21-year-old man is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl he met at the Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills in Frazer Township.
According to the criminal complaint, Robert Piatek, of Allegheny Township, met the girl at the mall in 2009 when he was 19. Police said the two then talked to each other on the phone and via text message to stay in contact.
The two had sex on two occasions in 2010 at Piatek’s friend’s Upper Burrell house, police said. In one instance, police said Piatek gave the girl vodka beforehand.
Police said Piatek also asked the girl to send naked pictures of herself to him via cellphone.
Piatek is charged with statutory sexual assault, fuishing alcohol to minors and communication with obscene materials involving a minor.
