Aaronessa Keaton said ‘sh*t happens’ when told she had killed a five-year-old boy

A PREGNANT woman who crashed into a car, killing a five-year-old boy, responded ‘sh*t happens’ when informed that he had died.

Aaronessa Keaton, 24, was charged with manslaughter this week following a 2014 crash in Arizona.

Heaton was eight-months-pregnant when her Ford Explorer sideswiped an oncoming car and then collided head-on with a Nissan Frontier.

The five-year-old boy who was in the back seat of the Nissan died from his injuries.

Toxicology reports indicate that Keaton had marijuana in her system and Benzodiazepines, a drug used to treat anxiety and insomnia, at the time.

She was rushed to hospital and underwent a C-section to deliver her baby, who also recorded traces of both drugs.

However, Keaton was less than remorseful when police informed her that a five-year-old boy had died.

“Sh*t happens,” she told the officer according to court documents obtained by KPHO.

Keaton has also been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and five counts of endangerment.
