A limousine driver is shown on video hitting a car with a crowbar during a road rage incident on Tuesday afteoon.
Shanham Asbaghi told KTLA he was rear-ended by the driver of a limousine SUV on Tuesday. The altercation started on Interstate 405, according to Asbaghi.
