The Villages retirement home resident Margaret Ann Klemm arrested for sex in public with younger man

A 68-year-old retirement home resident has been arrested, along with a man 19 years her junior, for having sex in a public area of the complex.

Margaret Ann Klemm, 68, and non-resident David Bobilya, 49, were found by police fully engaged in the act of sexual intercourse in a pavilion at The Villages, a retirement village for over 55s, in Sumter County, Florida, reported the Daily Commercial.

Sumter County Sheriff’s Office said they received reports of two people having sexual intercourse and arrived to find the pair intertwined with “Bobilya’s blue jeans and underwear around his ankles and Klemm’s pants completely removed and her shirt pulled down.”

Lieutenant Bobby Caruthers, sheriff’s spokesman, said deputies ordered the two to put their clothes back on and then each was arrested for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Caruthers said deputies believed the couple were intoxicated.

Klemm, of The Villages, and Bobilya, of nearby Summerfield, were released from Sumter County jail after each posted $1,500 bail.

They are scheduled for arraignment on July 2, according to court records.

The Villages, which describes itself as “Florida’s Friendliest Retirement Hometown,” has more than 50,000 residents. The community’s three old-fashioned pavilions offer a variety of shopping, dining, and theatre options.

Additionally, free nightly entertainment is offered in the squares, but not the sort allegedly provided by Klemm and Bobilya.
