Temple Hills Man Donald Dixon Arrested For Murder of Woman
TEMPLE HILLS, Md. - Prince George's County Police have made an arrest in the murder of a 62-year-old woman found dead Thursday at her apartment in Temple Hills.
Donald Dixon, 50, has been charged with first-degree murder of Vicki Lee Griffin. Dixon was a domestic partner of Griffin and they resided together at the apartment where she was found.
Police say at around 10:25 a.m. at the 4600 block of Dallas Place, firefighters responding to a report of a gas odor in the apartment building found Griffin on the balcony of her apartment with trauma to her body.
She was transported to the medical examiner's office in Baltimore for an autopsy to determine an exact cause of death.
The motive has not been determined in this case, according to police.
