Superhero garbage truck driver saves runaway stroller
Driving a garbage route might sound like a mind-numbing job, but Jeff Blackbu is certainly alert when he has to be. The Seattle man saw a nightmare scenario unfold in front of him when a female jogger let go of her baby stroller, which immediately started rolling downhill toward a busy intersection.
Blackbu's honking alerted a FedEx truck to stop, and he jumped out of his own vehicle to dash across the street and help corral the stroller as it jumped a curb.
The frantic woman was so shaken up she ran away without saying anything to Blackbu. And the baby? "He seemed to be having a great time rolling down the hill," he said.
Will the woman ever take her baby jogging again?
