Shocking moment a police officer uses a stun gun to take down a man who was clearly NOT resisting arrest
In the footage - taken in Fairfax County - the suspect appears to be complying with the officer and has his hands on top of the police cruiser (left) when he is hit with the taser. On Sunday the Fairfax County Police Department announced on Facebook they had launched an inteal investigation after the video emerged. 'He did not try to run or nothing. That was wrong,' a witness told FOX 5. Police say the man was a suspected thief and have charged him with larceny.
