According to police, a Pennsylvania woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly spraying another woman with gasoline after an altercation that resulted from a lit cigarette at a gas pump.

The incident occured as Kimberly Brinton was pumping gas with a lit cigarette last week at the Mehoopany Dandy Mart in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, when another woman, Tami Donovan, yelled at her to stop smoking near the gasoline, police said.

An argument then ensued and Donovan allegedly threw water at the cigarette. Then, as Donovan tried to pull away, Brinton allegedly aimed the gas nozzle at the other woman, dousing her with fuel.

Donovan left her vehicle, slipped and fell in the gas, and broke her arm, according to officials.

Brinton is facing assault and other charges in Wyoming County.
