After a little wine and a little pot on their fourth date, the 49-year-old divorcee slept with her newfound love and came down with a little genital herpes.
The Oregon woman won a $900,000 suit against her lover, claiming he gave her the disease and that painful outbreaks had led to her clinical depression. "We all felt ... he had the responsibility to tell her," said juror Noah Brimhall, who served on the Multnomah County case.
