Job applicant allegedly robs gas station, may have to update resume
Anthony Thomas filled out job application then allegedly robbed gas station

The Citgo station on College Road in Ocala, Fla., seems to be the definition of a stop-and-rob. It's been held up five times in nine months by perps using guns or knives or just strong-arm tactics. Now police say it's been knocked over by a job applicant. Surveillance video shows a man authorities identify as Anthony Thomas helping himself to the cash drawer while the clerk is otherwise engaged. Thomas, reportedly a regular customer who stops for smokes, had only moments before filled out an application, using his real name. After his arrest, he told a reporter, "I didn't rob no store." Maybe he thought of it as a salary advance. [Source]
