'He made moves on me': PA mom Rachel Warris faces jail after sexually assaulting teen boy

A WOMAN convicted of sexually assaulting a young boy – claimed her victim made a move on her.

Rachel Warris, 40 – a mom–of–three and now a registered sex offender – did not react as she was convicted of her crimes.

Her husband Robert fled the courtroom in tears, Moing Call reports.

The court heard how the boy – now 14 – received oral sex from Warris in the living room of her home in Dixon Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Giving evidence she had admitted flashing her breasts at the boy and her own son but said she did it as a joke.

She also admitted sending sexually explicit messages to the boy.

Following that she dropped the bombshell that the boy was the aggressor and she put her mouth on his genitals in attempt to stop him.

The victim's mother told the court how she and her son confronted the defendant at Warris' home.

She said Warris came out of her house in a short dress and apparently told the teenager: "You weren't supposed to tell your mommy."

The family then went to the police and an investigation started.

Warris was convicted of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years old, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault and could be jailed for 10 years next month.

Warris' lawyer argued police forced a confession from his client who has attended classes for leaing disabilities in the past at Emmaus High School in Pennsylvania.
