Gun store owner James Baker shot dead during gun safety class
A gun store owner has died in what’s being called a tragic accident. The man died after being shot in the neck during a gun-safety class in a Cincinnati suburb.
According to a report on WCPO-TV, James E. Baker, aged 64, died after he was accidentally shot by one of the participants of the concealed carry class at the KayJay Gun Shop in Amelia, Ohio. The authorities said that there were about 10 participants in the class at the time of the shooting.
The shop sells firearms, does gun repairs, and offers the concealed carry class as well as others, according to its website. The investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
