Elizabeth Raine: Medical student auctioning her virginity reveals her face

In a rather brave move, the Medical student who’s auctioning her virginity has revealed her face.

The 27-year-old, who goes by the alias Elizabeth Raine, previously wanted to keep her identity anonymous, but has changed her mind.

She told The Huffington Post that her decision was based on more than just an attempt to attract higher bids: ‘I actually didn’t like the anonymity. People mistake it for shame. Plus, there has been some speculation that I’d be outed and I wanted to do it on my own terms.’

Elizabeth opened her auction on March 31st, and with just a week to go – it closes on May 7th – the top bid stands at $550,000.

As her time of reckoning approaches, you may assume that Elizabeth would be feeling nervous, but she told The Huffington Post that this was far from the case: ‘I’m very cautious and detail-oriented. I have confidence that I can execute and control it.’
