Arrests made in RV arson case
ST. PETERSBURG - Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with an RV arson that has been under investigation since mid-December.
Jimmy Lee Davis, 19, tued himself in Wednesday, officers say. Another suspect, 20-year-old Joshua Whitlock, was arrested last week. Both have been charged with second degree arson.
Investigators say the two took part in lighting an RV on fire at Bad to the Bone Auto Accessories on December 16. The incident was caught on surveillance video, which ended abruptly when the heat from the fire caused the camera to stop working.

Davis is thought to have been arguing with the auto business over some work that had been done on his car, according to detectives, and decided to get revenge by setting fire to the owner's RV.
The RV was valued at about $100,000 and was completely destroyed in the blaze.
Both Davis and Whitlock have been released from the Pinellas County Jail on $10,000 bond, according to jail records.
Police are still looking for a third suspect who was seen at the beginning of the surveillance video walking away from the business around the time of the fire. Officers say that man was seen wearing a gray hooded jacket over a black shirt with camouflage pants.
There is still a reward for information leading to the arrest of the third suspect in this case. Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call police at (727) 892-5212 or (727) 892-5000. Tips can also be texted to (727) 420-8911.
