Anonymous has made its move again, this time on the Central Intelligence Agency.

A Twitter account affiliated with the group sent out a tweet reading, “CIA TANGO DOWN," on Friday. That is a term often used by Special Forces which means an enemy has been taken out.

CIA.gov was inaccessible shortly after the tweet.

McAfee expert Robert Siciliano tells FOX 25 he believes Anonymous took down the site with what is known as a distributed denial of service attack.

"What the hackers do is they send all kinds of traffic at the CIA's website basically shutting it down making it inoperative,” says Siciliano.

This is not the first time that Anonymous has infiltrated the CIA’s website. The group is blaming their most recent work on the Feds raiding a file-sharing service site which resulted in several arrests.

The group has taken credit for hacking a number of websites across the country including the website run by the Boston Police Department. They claim the BPD hacking was in response to their handling of Occupy Boston protesters. The FBI is still investigating the BPD incident.
