Charged: William Miller, 36, allegedly raped a drunk woman at a party last year

An alleged rapist from Iowa told police that the woman he is accused of harming 'is not even rapable' by his standards.

On May 7, William Miller, 36, was charged with felony abuse for an alleged attack against a woman last May.

The Smoking Gun reports that Miller, the victim, and friends had just finished a night of drinking at an Iowa City house when the alleged attack occurred.

People at the party ended up staying at the home and when 'everyone went to sleep,' Miller allegedly removed the drunk woman's pants and began having sex with her.

A friend of the victim witnessed the alleged rape and told Miller to 'get away.'

Miller left the house and the friend was able to wake the victim who went to the hospital for an exam.

Miller was questioned by cops and admitted to having sex with his alleged victim though he said the intercourse was consensual.

Miller said the victim was 'not even rapable' by his own standards.

Miller is behind bars on $26,000 bail and also faces charges for theft, public intoxication, and interference with official acts.

The Smoking Gun reports that in the past few years Miller has been convicted of domestic violence, theft, harassment, marijuana possession, and trespassing.
