The footage showed cadets marching on Saturday to celebrate the completion of 47 months at West Point and graduation from the United States Military Academy. But instead of a happy send-off, Inteet observers took issue with more than a few aspects of the march.
Yes, that is a female cadet texting during marching formation and, yes, everyone noticed. But that wasn't all. People also criticized cadets for being “out of step” and wearing uniforms incorrectly.
