Suspect Ernest Terrell Eley Jr Arrested In Pharmacy Burglary
DICKINSON, Texas -- A man has been accused of breaking into a Dickinson pharmacy.
Eest Terrell Eley Jr., 40, has been charged with burglary of a building.
Dickinson police said an officer was monitoring the CVS Pharmacy Tuesday because of several recent business burglaries.
Investigators said the officer was watching from across the street when he saw Eley approach the front of the CVS store. The officer called for other units to respond to the store, police said.
The officer saw Eley break the front window and go into the pharmacy, detectives said.
Officers said they found Eley near the back of the building. Eley struggled with officers as he was being taken into custody, police said.
Detectives have not said if Eley is suspected to be involved in other area burglaries.
