'So sorry' Domino's tell satisfied customer
DOMINOS Pizza has apologised to a fan of their food, even though the customer was trying to praise the fast-food giant.
The customer wrote to Domino’s Facebook page to say how much they loved the brand.
In retu they got a response promising to deal with the problem.
According to Gawker, the company wrote back to the fan, who posted under the name Jeaneth: “So sorry about that! Please share some additional information with us at bit.ly/dpz_care and please mention reference# 1409193 so we can have this addressed.”
It is believed the response may have been an auto-apology generated by a computer.
