New Hampshire man Frank Gates Jr. arrested for sexual assault
NASHUA, N.H. - A New Hampshire man was arrested Thursday night in connection with a sexual assault which police say happened September 2010.
Police say 20-year-old Frank Gates Jr., of Nashua, was charged with Felonious Sexual Assault, a Class B Felony.
On April 23, police received information that a man had engaged in sexual activity with a 14-year-old female. An investigation revealed Gates had engaged in sexual activity with the juvenile female in September 2010 in Nashua.
A Class B felony is punishable by up to seven and a half years imprisonment, exclusive of fines.
Gates is being held on $10,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment Friday in Nashua District Court.
