IRS sends $46 million to 24K 'unauthorized' aliens at 1 address

This is coming to light thanks to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) audit report, which exposes the bureau’s gross oversight while administering refunds to undocumented workers to "improve nonresident alien compliance with tax laws."
