Before you say it this picture wasn’t photoshopped, the monster alligator dangling off the end of this tractor really was that big.

The huge alligator, which weighed some 800lb and measured more than 15 feet, was captured by two hunters on a Florida farm after it killed its cattle.

It was shot by farm owner Lee Lightsey after being spotted hiding in a cattle pond at Outwest Farms but was so big the only way to remove it was with a tractor.

Hunting guide Blake Godwin, who spotted the creature told Fox 13 they believed it was attacking livestock as they came to drink.

15 foot gator caught in Okeechobee The 800lb creature was fatally shot in Okeechobee, Florida, on Saturday after terrorizing the cattle on a farm. Lee Lightsey, the owner of Outwest Farms in Okeechobee, and hunting guide, Blake Godwin, discovered the enormous animal in their cattle ponds on April 2. On Saturday the creature surfaced around 20ft from them, so they shot it. It was so big they had to use a tractor to drag it out. However, they were then able to use the vehicle to proudly show off their catch. They plan to donate the gator's meat to charity and have the alligator taxidermied for display at their hunting shows and expos

‘It is hard to believe that something this big exists in the wild,’ he added. ‘Hunting is a way of life for us and we are very proud of it’

Blake, who has been guiding hunts for alligators, wild boar, and turkey for 18 years,  said it was the largest alligator they had taken.

It is thought it could be up to 100-years-old.

The pair now plan to donate the creature’s meat to charity and will have it taxidermied for display at hunting shows.
