Busy restaurant owner tells would-be robbers to come back later

A pair of would-be thieves tried to rob a Chicago restaurant during the Sunday dinner rush, so even though they flashed a gun, the owner told them to come back in an hour when he wasn't so busy. So they did, and of course they were promptly arrested before they could swipe a single dollar.

Mario Garcia and Domingo Garcia-Heandez (who is an imposing 4 feet 8 inches and 160 pounds) were both charged with attempted aggravated robbery. Calling it "armed robbery" would've been a stretch, since the weapon Garcia-Heandez reportedly had tucked in his waistband was a water gun shaped like a MAC-10 machine pistol. We're guessing they probably weren't allowed to place a to-go order. [Source]
