Casey Anthony freed from jail after acquittal in murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee

Hide your children— Casey Anthony was sprung from a Florida jail early Sunday.

The notorious mom, acquitted this month of killing her 2-year-old daughter, strolled out of the Orange County jail just after midnight wearing a short-sleeve top and blue jeans.

The 25-year-old Anthony, with lawyer Jose Baez at her side, then hopped into a waiting SUV. It was unclear where she was planning to spend her first day of freedom.

Anthony, whose case became a national sensation, has received scores of threats from people who believe she had something to do with the disappearance and death of her daughter Caylee.

Anthony was found guilty of lying to police in the case, but because time served, her four one-year sentences were reduced and end today.

A phalanx of TV news crews, many of whom covered every detail of the trial, have been camped in front of the jail for days, hoping to capture her release.

Anthony, a former party girl who infamously entered a bikini contest just days after her daughter went missing three years ago, has told confidants that she plans to move from the area and assume a new identity.
