Utah couple Louis and Samantha Wilhelm arrested, after months of alleged sex with teen
A married man pleaded guilty on Tuesday of plying his teenage babysitter with drugs and alcohol and committing sex acts with her and his wife over a period of months.
Louis Wilhelm, 35, of Millcreek, Utah pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16 or 17-year-old, a third-degree felony.
Each charge carries a potential sentence of up to five years in prison, according to Deseret News.
Wilhelm's wife, Samantha, faces similar charges. A change of plea hearing for her has been scheduled for February 1.

Samantha Wilhelm, 28, is charged with ten third-degree felonies: nine counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and one count of endangerment of a child.
Louis, who had additional charges against him dropped as part of a plea deal, remains in prison - his wife was released last month on bond.
The unidentified babysitter had apparently watched the couple's three children for many years.
The couple allegedly drank booze and smoked pot with the teen, and on one occasion Mrs Wilhelm is accused of doing acid with her.
The couple reportedly 'discussed the risks' with the teen of starting a sexual relationship with her because of her age but then went ahead and did it anyway.
The couple are accused of having several sexual experiences with the girl between February and June.
Samantha allegedly told police that on one occasion she and her husband went out drinking and then came home to do drugs with people they met at a bar.
The babysitter joined them and in the moing she woke up with her legs feeling 'jiggly', and Louis brought the girl to the hospital.
'She was consensual to what was occurring,' said Lieutenant Lex Bell on ABC News 4. 'She was okay with the relationship.'
The first hint of the illegal relationship came when the teen left her Facebook page open and someone saw messages between her and the married couple.
'It was very apparent that it went well beyond social acquaintances,' said Bell.
Police also found poographic images that the girl had sent the couple.
A third defendant who was living in the home at the time, Madeline Waer, is also charged in the case. A warrant was issued for her arrest in October 2014 when she failed to appear for a hearing.
In a separate case, the Wilhelms are also being charged with endangerment of a child causing injury, when their two-year-old daughter was admitted to Primary Children's Hospital testing positive for THC, having ingested cannabinoids (the chemical compounds found in cannabis plants).
Louis pleaded guilty in that case as well. He will be sentenced in both cases on February 1.
A neighbor told ABC News 4 that she had been conceed for the couple's three children, as they would often knock on neighbors' doors saying that their parents had locked them out.
Last year, the couple reportedly used drugs with their children, and even called an ambulance when one tued lethargic. The ages of all of the children are unclear.
Police say the couple's children are staying with family members.
The couple's relationship seems as strong as ever. Samantha posted on Facebook on December 1: 'I miss [Louis] every second and the pain just gets worse and worse every day I am without him. I will have my love back in my arms someday and every bit of our focus will be on our success!! Being the best we can be for our children and for each other is all that will ever matter ever again!!'
