Massive construction crane crashes onto street in Manhattan; one reported dead
Emergency crews are on the scene of a crane collapse in New York City.
The crane came down on Worth Street near Broad and Wall Street in lower Manhattan, WCBS reported.
It happened about 8:25 a.m., fire officials told WNBC.
There are reports that people are trapped.
WNBC is reporting that multiple people have been injured and there is one confirmed death.
